Vol 9 Iss 1 2

The team has been busier than one-armed wallpaper hangers, with much progress on the Catalyst superyacht tender and the private resort island’s Catalyst GT.

The 16m Elite Mid Pilothouse is also moving along with the interior fit-out well underway and sections of the exterior superstructure getting their first coats of paint.

Crusader’s big refit is done, so we will show you some launch photos and the superyacht tender T2 Artefact returned. She came home for some upgrades and whilst here, we took the opportunity to complete some scheduled maintenance.

The Auckland Boat Show was held in mid-March. We exhibited our new 18m Elite Mid Pilothouse Zaphira and received many compliments, so we will give you a quick report on that.

And finally, we will give you some updates on INEOS and Alinghi’s Catalysts, now in Barcelona. We detail the impressive seamanship of the Wind Spirit crew, who sailed nonstop from Auckland to Horta in The Azores—a 66-day, 12,000 nautical mile epic adventure.

So let’s get into it.
