Lloyd Stevenson Boatbuilders has made some exciting changes to its management team with the recent appointment of Jeremy Anderson as General Manager, and Luke Hill as Marketing & People Manager.
With over 30 years’ experience as a boat builder, project and operations manager, Jeremy has been with Lloyd Stevenson Boatbuilders for the last 17 years. “It’s a newly created position which in part recognises a leadership role that Jeremy has been performing anyway. He is an integral part of our team and has played a pivotal role in the sustained period of growth we have been enjoying.” says Marketing & People Manager, Luke Hill
Luke has been with Lloyd Stevenson Boatbuilders for 6 years, during which time his role has grown to incorporate all aspects of people management and marketing, coupled with a growing sales role.
Lloyd and Tracey Stevenson remain company directors and continue to be involved in the day to day running of the business offering sound leadership and direction. “It’s an exciting time for LSB, we have been at capacity for a few years now and these changes are about continuing to build that capacity to sustain future growth,” says Lloyd and Tracey.
